ADVANCED TASER M26
The ADVANCED TASER M26 uses a replaceable TASER cartridge containing compressed nitrogen to deploy two small probes that are attached to the ADVANCED TASER M26 by insulated conductive wires with a maximum length of 35 feet (10.6 meters). The ADVANCED TASER M26 transmits electrical pulses along the wires and into the body affecting the sensory and motor functions of the peripheral nervous system. The energy can penetrate up to two cumulative inches of clothing, or one inch per probe.
In 1999, the ADVANCED TASER M26 began a global revolution in law enforcement. The first Electronic Control Device (ECD) with true Neuro Muscular Incapacitation (NMI) technology, the ADVANCED TASER M26 became the first system short of lethal force that could truly stop aggressive, focused combatants.
Field proven with over nine years in the field, the ADVANCED TASER M26 continues to be a work-horse for many law enforcement agencies.
The ADVANCED TASER M26 is intercompatible with the same TASER cartridges used in the TASER X26, so agencies can smoothly transition between, or support, both systems.
