Hans Marrero has a well-established and well-respected reputation for being a premier self-defense and hand to hand combat instructor in the United States. For over four years GySgt. (Ret.) Marrero served jointly as Chief Instructor of Hand-to-Hand Combat for the U.S. Marine Corps at Paris Island. He is considered one of the leading experts in Close Quarter Combat in the world. He is also well known throughout international law enforcement agencies due to his extensive work in anti-terrorism tactics instruction during his highly decorated career as a U.S. Marine which includes Special Operations Groups: Such as US Marine recon, Delta Force,Navy Seal Army Rangers, he has trained instructors in over 30 different countries. He is also the chief Instructor for Taser International and is responsible for training over twenty thousand military and police instructors.

Marrero possesses Black Belts in different disciplines of the Martial Arts including: 10th degree Black Belt in the Kobushi Sessen-Jutsu system (Feudal Warrior Close Combat Art) Shorinji-Kempo (7th degree), Kyo Kushin Kai-Kan (6th degree), Aikido, Matsukazi-Ryu (Jujitsu), and Kickboxing. He is a former Golden Glove Champion. He was inducted into the Black Belt Martial Arts Hall of Fame in November 2000 and named "International Instructor of the Year. He is Commander of the Police Combative Training Academy.

A lawyer by profession, Atty. Sannah B. Frivaldo has a law office located in the heart of Quezon City, Philippines. She specializes in Corporate Laws, Family Laws and Labor Laws.

Currently, she is the Chief of Staff of Congressman Jose G. Solis, who is a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. A lobbyist and a campaigner for important measures in the Lower House, she was also a member of the staff of the legislator and assisted in the formulation of laws during the Congressman’s term as the Chairman of the Committee on National Defense and Security.




AGUSTIN E. DELMONTE III

Vice-President for Marketing


Agustin E. Delmonte III is a marketing management expert and has a resourceful insight in strategic marketing methodologies. Having a strong background utilizing a variety of direct response advertising materials, his skills and experience will serve to create dramatic and profitable results.

As the owner of Sea Oil Gasoline Station located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, he is consistently energized by opportunities in overcoming promotional boundaries, offer significant contributions in revenue growth through visible skills in the tactical planning of pricing, sales and distribution as well as offer strategies in other areas of planning.




JOVIE G. DELMONTE

Treasurer and Administrative Officer


Jovie G. Delmonte as the office manager and co-owner of Sea Oil Gasoline Station specializes in making sure the workplace runs smoothly by coordinating support staff and overseeing the flow of work in the office. She is also responsible for other tasks such as purchasing and facility management.

She evaluates current processes and makes the necessary changes in order to improve accuracy and efficiency in the operation of the business. As office manager she creates budgets for estimated usage of supplies, and maintains these calculations throughout the year.




MARLON J. MARRERO

Operations Manager


Marlon Marrero has a well established background in Combative Training and Security. He is currently a Special Consultant to Armor Design Inc. as well as the Director of Special Services Group for ISS (International Security Solutions). Marlon has spent 8 years as a US Marine where he reached the rank of Sergeant on completion of his tour. Once his tour with the Marines was complete, Marlon continued to further his career with the U.S. Government by holding a position as a Federal law Enforcement Officer in the Narcotics Division for six years where he reached the rank of GS11.

With all this experience, it has led him to currently be the Vice President for Police Combative Training Academy where he is also an instructor in training Hand to Hand Combat to Military, Police Officers and Civilians as well.
